The Orchard Test Consulting CC (“TOTC”) is a consultancy owned and powered by individuals with a passion for service. We, at TOTC, offer a wide spectrum of consultancy services to institutional clients. We serve Boards of Trustees/Directors and board governance committees across industries as well as provision of company secretarial and accounting/tax consultancy services to medical aids, retirement funds, trusts, non-profit organisations and small and medium enterprises. Although based in Cape Town, we offer a mobile national service.

TOTC realised the need by medical aid and retirement funds, small and medium enterprises to outsource certain functions which do not form the core of their business such as company secretarial services and accounting functions. Our services, therefore, are essential – legally and morally – to those we service, they are not “add-ons” or “nice to have”. For that reason, we are very cost conscious and aim to provide a cost-effective service. We partner with our clients by taking care of these non-core, but essential, business activities and thus afford the client the time to attend to the main business of their institution without worrying about what would be mundane administration in their lives and legalities.
